The site is currently in pre-launch, and these terms will be updated as features such as shopping and accounts become available.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, collect information about other visitors, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.

The content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, the Perle & Play™ name, and the Paint-a-Perle™, Perle Minis™, Perle Party™, Perle Playdates™ and Perle Creative Club™ marks — is owned by The Perle Collective and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

When you join our waitlist or sign up for launch alerts, you agree to receive the communications you selected. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by emailing hello@perleandplay.com.

Text message alerts are sent only to phone numbers submitted with an explicit opt-in consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See the SMS Terms section below for details.

Product information, imagery and collection details on this site are shared for pre-launch preview. Products, materials and availability may change before launch, and we do not guarantee that any item shown will be offered or will remain unchanged.

When purchasing becomes available, prices and order terms will be presented at checkout and additional terms will apply to purchases.

Our kits are designed for children's creative play with adult supervision as noted on each product. Always review the safety and material guidance included with a kit before use. Keep small parts and paints away from children under the age noted on the packaging.
